The ReyLight Pineapple Mini MK3 combines classic materials with modern performance in a pocket-sized powerhouse. Precision-machined from solid brass or copper, these editions offer the same upgraded internals and user-friendly features as the titanium model — but with a warm, timeless aesthetic and a natural patina that develops character over time.

Each light is built around the high-CRI Nichia 519a R9080 4000K LED, delivering a beautifully neutral, natural-looking beam with excellent color accuracy. Paired with the included 10440 Li-ion rechargeable battery, the Pineapple Mini MK3 can reach up to 550 lumens in a burst of brightness that easily lights up an entire backyard or room. In a pinch, it can also run on a standard AAA alkaline battery for convenient backup power.

The MK3 design refines every detail for daily carry. It features a reverse-clicky tail switch for intuitive control (full click for on/off, half-click to cycle modes), a slimmer tail-cap for easier access, and a redesigned CNC-machined clip that provides a more secure fit for pocket or hat carry. Both brass and copper models include a tritium vial slot (1.5 × 6 mm, vial not included) in the tail switch for easy low-light location.

They are raw brass or copper, there is no protective coating.  It should patina very fast.
After polishing, washing and drying, I use both rubber and cotton gloves during assembling.  Though it can patina a little before or after sealed in vacuum bag.
